How We Started

The Confectionery is  a home-based baking business founded in 2025 with a passion for creating beautiful, handcrafted sweet treats. What started as a love for baking in our own kitchen quickly grew into something we wanted to share — turning simple ingredients into memorable desserts made with care and intention.

The idea behind The Confectionery came from a desire to bring joy through food, whether it’s for celebrations, gifting, or simply treating yourself. Every product is made fresh from home, with attention to detail, quality ingredients, and a personal touch that makes each order special.

Alongside our baked goods, we also offer a live pavlova station — a unique dessert experience where pavlovas are freshly prepared and assembled on-site for your guests. It adds a beautiful interactive element to any event and ensures every serving is as fresh and delicious as possible.
